Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

  1. The purchased course has not been assigned to your account within the expiration date from your date of purchase.
  2. You have been charged twice for the same course or subscription.
  3. The course content is inaccessible due to a platform-side technical issue that persists beyond 7 days.
  4. The course curriculum differs significantly from what was advertised at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

  1. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  2. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  3. Partial refunds may apply if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
  4. All refund decisions are subject to review by our support team.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  1. You have completed more than 20% of the course content or the first module, whichever comes first.
  2. More than 30 days have elapsed since the date of purchase.
  3. The course was purchased during a promotional or discounted sale explicitly marked as non-refundable.
